ICS recognises that it is essential to provide a local support capability. In light of this we have agreed a number of local service and support arrangements with established industry service organisations who will assume the responsibility for installation of ICS products and then also provide after sales support and hardware maintenance.
ICS hardware has been designed with a replacement philosophy in mind whereby, in the event of a fault, a replacement unit would be installed on site. This eliminates the need for local medication of the detectors and also removes the potential for local customisation which could impact product consistency.
ICS will train and manage the activities of the local service partners who will in turn work closely with the customers own staff to manage the installation and operation of the solution.
In the event that a customer has a specific service partner or its own service organisation, ICS will look to work with that organisation subject to a commercial arrangement being agreed by all parties.
