ICS operates in an independent manner both commercially and technically. Whilst our detectors will be fitted to third party equipment they will not impact the performance, logic or decision making of the equipment.
As a member of the key industry bodies ICS will continue to make active and open communication to the current industry vendors and to ensure that they are fully briefed on our solutions and deployment model.

Given that we do not have any impact on the host equipment or how it operates, we would not anticipate any customer impinging issues relating to the performance, warranties or servicing of third party vendors equipment.
All ICS detectors will have their own power supply and IT links and will not draw services from the host equipment in either of these areas.

ICS operates strategy of total openness and we are willing to work with any of the current industry suppliers as required by our customers to deploy our solution in support of their installed systems
